LGC organized a welcoming home ceremony and Orientation to Volunteerism of the second cohort of USAID Transformational Leadership Program - Citizens Corps (TLP-CC) Graduates. TLP-Citizens Corps graduates were addressed and encouraged by the U.S. Ambassador Delawie.

TLP-Citizens Corps will promote a volunteerism culture by giving back to community throughout Kosovo Society. USAID Kosovo in partnership with LGC will encourage each of our returned TLP graduates to complete a minimum of 400 hours of volunteer work in appropriate organizations being, public, private or non -governmental organization in Kosovo. The entire investment in building new cadre of transformational leaders and professionals as well as the continuation of volunteerism culture will be crowned with creation of the Alumni Association for TLP.
In addition TLP Citizens Corps has held its second information session with the first cohort to inform them on the opportunities, expectations and to advance the understanding on volunteerism and giving back.
