“Career Development for Young Women” a project financed by U.S. Embassy in Prishtina aims to enable women for engagement in institutional and social life after graduation. Women in Kosovo continue to remain the most marginalized structure within economic sector and unemployment continues to be the biggest challenge that women face especially the inexperienced ones.  Through “Career Development for Young Women “LGC implemented two project components: Mentorship initiative followed by two workshops /open discussions and 2) Capacity building component to enhance professional skills of young women through five courses.  Moreover, project seeks to foster the culture of mentoring and to build a climate for promoting women professionals through practical experience.
