“Strengthening Local Government Capacities and Increasing Citizens’ Participation” project in partnership with Prishtina Institute for Political studies (PIPS) financed by CDF / AKT – LS which aims to enhance quality of governance in sixteen municipalities of Kosovo through capacity building of civil servants as well as improve relations among citizens and local authorities by increased participation through joint initiatives for the common good. Project encompasses two main components, namely capacity development and joint initiatives. The project will initially offer capacity and skill building trainings to civil servants from sixteen AKT-LS municipalities through delivery of five courses.
